So, I am wondering what goes through someone’s mind when he/she decides to trespass, set off fireworks, and then leave the entire mess for someone else to clean.
Unfortunately, this occurrence is too common in our community. The person to whom I am referring was an adult. I watched him light fireworks in the Stroudsburg HIgh School parking lot on July 4th, and then he left the debris and garbage. What example is this person setting for his children and others?
Accountability needs to be exercised in our community and society as a whole. With privilege comes responsibility. People demand rights, yet many don’t return the gesture. Perhaps they believe they are owed. Really?
Grow up, take responsibility, and make a mess in your own yard. Maybe some nice person will come and clean it for you.
