Mini Box Car Race: Knights of Columbus and Our Lady of Victory Church will host a mini box car race at 1 p.m. at the church, 327 Cherry Lane Road, Tannersville. For children ages 2 to 12. Cost: $5 for a car. Children will take car home at end of race. There will be three grand prize winners and all children will receive prizes. Food will be available. Pancake Breakfast: Girls on the Run of Pocono will host its fifth annual “Luck of the Irish” all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 22 at at Stroudsburg High School, 1100 W. Main St., Stroudsburg. The event takes place right before the start of the St. Patrick’s Parade in Stroudsburg. There will be numerous vendors inside the cafeteria. These vendors will offer a raffle item to all attendees of the breakfast. A 50/50 raffle will also take place. All proceeds from the event will help Girls on the Run Pocono scholarship more girls in their chapter.
